Statewide Surveillance of COVID-19

As of Friday March 8, 2024, the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) has updated the state’s COVID-19 reporting policies to reflect changes in the disease’s effects on public health. Texas laboratories and health care providers are no longer required to report positive or negative COVID-19 test results.

NET Health will no longer post weekly updates on newly reported positive COVID-19 cases.
