The NET Health District Order 2016-2 requires each food establishment to have at least one Certified FoodManager present during all hours of operation. Compliance became effective April 1, 2011. To document compliance, each food establishment is required to register their Certified Food Managers with the Environmental Health Department of NET Health. A fee of $25.00 is required and the registration will expire at the same time the Certified Food Manager Certification expires.
