2025 Farmers Market Nutrition Program

Shop Fresh and Local: This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

Harvesting Hope

Farm Fresh Produce For Our Families

Our Farmers Market Nutrition Program is designed to enhance the health and well-being of WIC clients and their families by providing access to fresh, locally-grown fruits and vegetables. This initiative not only supports healthy eating but also fosters community connections with local farmers.

Through this program, WIC participants receive vouchers that can be redeemed at our designated farmers markets. Each eligible participant, including women and children from 4 months to their 5th birthday, is issued one voucher booklet per year. These vouchers empower families to choose high-quality, nutritious produce directly from local vendors, ensuring a variety of fresh options for a balanced diet.

How It Works

Get FMNP Vouchers

  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements.
  2. Visit a Farmers’ Market: Bring the necessary documents (SHOPPING LIST for WIC) to a participating market.
  3. Receive Vouchers: Collect your vouchers on-site from our friendly staff.
  4. Shop for Fresh Produce: Use your vouchers to purchase fresh fruits, and vegetables until October 31, 2025.

  • WIC clients and their families receive produce vouchers for fresh fruits and vegetables at these farmer's market locations!

  • One produce voucher booklet per year is issued to a Woman and to each child (from 4 months old until their 5th birthday) who have current-month WIC benefits loaded on their WIC card.
