Free Zumba Classes Offered Every Tuesday at The Center for Healthy Living

Free Zumba at the Center

The Center for Healthy Living is making fitness fun and accessible with free weekly Zumba classes for the community.

Classes are held every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at The Center for Healthy Living, located at 2815 Frankston Highway in Tyler.

Zumba combines upbeat music with easy-to-follow dance movements to create an energetic, full-body workout. Participants can burn calories, increase physical activity, reduce stress, and enjoy a welcoming group environment.

No previous dance experience is required. The class is designed for participants of all fitness levels and ages, so everyone can move at a pace that feels comfortable.

Whether you are beginning a new fitness routine or looking for a fun way to add more movement to your week, the class offers an opportunity to get active without the cost of a gym membership or registration fee.

Time: 6:00–7:00 p.m.

Cost: Free

Comfortable clothing, supportive athletic shoes, and a water bottle are recommended.
