The State of Texas' Emergency Assistance Registry ... or STEAR

Enroll into the free STEAR Program before the next emergency or a natural disaster arrives in East Texas.

To register, call 211 or go online to "STEAR.TDEM.TEXAS.GOV" and sign up today for this free service.

If someone at your residence has limited mobility, is dependent on prescriptions, or has communication barriers that require an interpreter, the STEAR program allows you to share vital information with First Responders before they arrive to your home and the S.T.E.A.R. Program makes the evacuation process easier for everyone involved.
