This challenge starts on September 27th and will go through October 25th.

How Do I Send in My Daily Step Count?


We will email you a log sheet once you enter.

Then, you just use your cell phone's app that keeps track of your daily steps.


Where Do I Go To Get in My Daily Steps?


That is completely and totally up to you. 

Your steps can be gained through walking, jogging, running, playing with your kids or grandkids, while doing housework, while at work, while enjoying your favorite exercise, and/or any combination of those suggestions.
