Learn, Grow, Eat & GO! is a hands-on youth program that combines gardening, nutrition education, physical activity, and family engagement. Through interactive lessons and garden-based activities, children learn where food comes from, how healthy choices support their bodies, and how growing food can be fun.

Learn
Students connect garden-based activities with science, reading, math, history, and low-impact exercise.
Grow
Students participate in gardening experiences that teach responsibility, patience, and care for living things.
Eat
Students are able to taste the produce being grown in gardens, introducing them to nutrient-dense foods.
GO
Each session includes physical activity that encourages the budding of green thumbs at a young age.
