Free 1-Hour Sessions for Persons with Type-2 Diabetes


Healthy Living Sessions for Type-2 Diabetes


Every Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Location: The Center for Healthy Living - 2815 Frankston Highway, Tyler

Join us to learn simple and effective ways to manage your Type-2 Diabetes. These sessions are free and open to anyone with Type-2 Diabetes, as well as their family members, caregivers, and friends.

Who Can Attend?

  • Individuals with Type-2 Diabetes
  • Spouses, caregivers, or any supportive friend or family member

What Will You Learn?

  • Meal Planning: Learn how to create healthy meals that help control your blood sugar.
  • Physical Activity: Discover exercises that are safe and effective for managing Diabetes.
  • Medications & Medical Care: Understand the role of medications and regular medical checkups in managing your health.
  • Monitoring Your Body: Get tips on how to monitor your health and prevent complications.
