Child Care, Foster & Adoption Regulations

The Northeast Texas Public Health District provides inspection services for foster homes and daycare facilities. The inspection information is forwarded to the agency responsible for the licensing of the daycare or foster home and approval to keep children is given by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Please review the information on their website to learn more about Child Care Licensing. 

Our Registered Sanitarians will conduct the inspection and submit the results to the licensing agency. NET Health will provide a Certificate of Inspection Certificate to be posted in a publicly visible location along with the Most Recent Inspection Report per the NET Health District Order 2013-2. 

Application

The inspection information is forwarded to the agency responsible for the licensing of the daycare or foster home and approval to keep children is given by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. NET Health will provide a Certificate of Inspection per the NET Health District Order 2013-2.
