General Sanitation & Pubic Nuisance Complaint Form - This form is designed for the public to report environmental health concerns and public nuisances that may impact community well-being. (Submit Online)

Examples of issues that can be reported include:

  • Pest infestations or vermin
  • Illegal dumping or improper waste disposal
  • Overflowing trash or debris accumulation
  • Sewage leaks or improper sewage disposal
  • Structural concerns at permitted facilities

Association of Food and Drug Officials  AFDO - Important and relevant information about retail food including laws, state regulations, guidance, and other resources. 


National SanitationFoundation International NSF- Focus is food, water, indoor air, and the environment, develops national standards, provides training, and provides third-party conformity assessment services.  


Underwriters Laboratories Inc. UL - Independent product safety certification organization that tests products and develops standards. UL is often the certifying body in the US for electrical components and often regulations will see their certification on equipment for specific components. The UL EPH mark indicates a Sanitary design that meets NSF/ANSI standards.
