NET Health Announces Updated Retail Food Permit Fee Schedule
TYLER, TEXAS – September 29, 2025 – The Northeast Texas Public Health District (NET Health) reminds all retail food establishments of upcoming changes to the permit fee schedule. A new NET Health Retail Food Permit Fee Schedule (Exhibit A) was adopted by the NET Health Board of Health, as authorized by Resolution No. R-2025-1, on August 28, 2025. resolution is necessary to comply with recent changes to statewide regulations stemming from the 89th Texas Legislative Session. The updated fee schedule will be effective on November 1, 2025. On September 25, 2025 the NET Health Board of health adopted Amendment No. 1 of Resolution No. R-2025-1 which amends Exhibit A. The effective date for Amendment No. 1 is December 1, 2025.
