Take Heart 5K/10K: Empowering Women – Heart and Sole

January 12, 2026

The first annual Take Heart 10k and 5k event on May 31st

Lace up your running shoes and get ready to Take Heart! 💖🏃‍♀️

Join us for the Take Heart 5K/10K, an empowering run dedicated to celebrating women’s strength, resilience, and wellness.

Whether you’re a woman who is an experienced runner, a casual jogger, or just want to walk in support of a great cause, this race is for you!

Why Run Take Heart?

With every step, we honor the determination it takes to keep moving forward, both on and off the racecourse. This event is more than just crossing the finish line; it’s about empowering women and fostering a community of health, encouragement, and perseverance.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Center for Healthy Living, a free community health resource in Tyler operated by the Northeast Texas Public Health District.
